Les Citronniers Gîte

Welcome to Les Citronniers, a petite property set in the hillside in the commune of Belvianes and overlooking the commune of Cavirac. Intended as a quiet place for a peaceful break for 2 people it consists of:

• Middle floor Entry at street level into entrance lobby with stairs to upper floor, door through to living area with stairs to lower floor and doors to a small balcony offering a fantastic view eastwards across the valley.
• Lower floor Area including separate shower room and separate toilet. Access to a lower external area ideal for sitting outside on a summer evening
• Upper floor Landing and bedroom with a double bed. Again with a view over the valley.

Please be aware that the house is of an age and consequently the stairs are winding and may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Likewise the house is intended as a quiet resting place free from children but welcoming to well behaved small to medium sized dogs. The street on which the house is located is very narrow, too narrow for the passage of a car, so it is necessary to park in one of the car parks and take a short walk to the house.
